Classes meet on Mondays at 6p and Saturdays at 9a. Outdoor only with social distancing in place. The group is meeting on the CFC campus. Bring a yoga mat and yoga block. Instructor John Tomick received his instructor training through YOGAFAITH, where Jesus is First and Yoga is Second. He is an RYT-200 registered instructor with Yoga Alliance.
